These limbs fit Destroyer 340 and 350, they also fit the Specialist (50 pound limbs make 60 pounds on Specialist)

"These limbs are perfection. I have three Bowtech Specialists. I put these limbs on my outdoor target bow and my 3-D bow. These limbs are the most accurate limbs ever. Thanks again for your high quality product"

"I put my new Barnsdale limbs on my Bowtech Destroyer 340, I have to be honest I was a little skeptical, limbs arrived in 2 days and installed at local archery shop, My bow shoots better now and accuracy even better than original limbs, Thanks Dave, Great job"

" I just installed the new Barnsdale limbs I received. Not only is my Specialist now very accurate, it looks much better with Barnsdale Limbs. Thanks for the super fast shipping,"

 Tim

NOTE: When installing limbs on a Specialist, a 50 pound set of limbs for a Destroyer will make 60 pounds on a Specialist, so order Destroyer limbs that are 10 pounds less than what you want your Specialist to peak at.

Please read the following statement regarding a recent batch of 70 and 75 pound limbs, Date code 25-260

This batch of limbs, date code 25-260, are .070 shorter than the factory limbs. I mistakenly cut them that much too short.

I had considered scrapping the 29 sets I made this way, but in my heart, I knew there was nothing functionally wrong with these limbs. When installed, they will likely need a twist or two in the cables to compensate for the shorter length.

I am offering a 10% discount off the original price.

Furthermore, if you feel that these limbs do not meet the standards you expect from Barnsdale Archery, I will take the limbs back and replace them with the proper length limbs when I have completed the next batch of limbs.

I now have correct limbs in stock

Hi Dave,

I wanted to let you know that I got the 75# D350 limbs I ordered from you today. You also had asked for some feedback:

With the old limbs, the bow was set to 28.5 draw position ( approx. 1/4 long on my draw board), ATA was 32.25 (factory = 32.375), Brace height was right at 6 inches, and with the old limbs maxed, it was pulling 73.5 - 74 pounds on my scale. With the bow tuned, (with the factory limbs) it shot a 465-grain arrow with blazers at a 5-degree helical (so a lot of resistance) through a whisker biscuit at 284 fps.

When I put your limbs on, I used the same string/cables and kept the ATA at 32.25. BH came out to 5.875 (your limbs were actually about 1/8 shorter than the factory ones). I only needed to add 2 twists to each cable to get the cams between the timing dots and then a half twist to the upper yoke and another twist to the lower buss to get lean / timing perfect. With the limbs let at the lowest setting, it was pulling 66#. I cranked it down all the way to get an accurate mark on the bolt and didn't even draw it... I suspect it was right around 80# (which is fine! I like having more power on tap!  But it's more than I wanted to deal with before I even tried shooting it.). SO I backed the limb bolts out 3 turns (right in the middle of the adjustment) and it came out to 71.5-72 pounds, and that's where I left it. It felt like I was pulling much less than that. Nice valley, too.

So after making sure it was close to tuned (bare shafts hitting with fletched at 20 yards) I went back to the chrono. At 28.5 DL, 72# with your limbs it shot my 465 grain arrow with blazers at a 5 deg helical through a biscuit 284fps (bare shaft at 291). *It shot the same speed at TWO POUNDS lighter draw weight!

And it feels wonderful to shoot!  It draws so smooth. Hope that helps

I am a very happy camper :),  Thanks for everything.

more info on these SHORT limbs

!!!WARNING!!!

Do not over tighten pillow block screws.

Over tightening may result in a cracked limb tip and will void your warranty.

I use a Wiha #263 5/64" miniature screw driver. It is a small tool and helps prevent over tightening.

!!!DISCLAIMER!!!

Every effort has been taken to ensure that the limbs you order make the weight you want.

String and cable lengths have a great deal to do with the final weight that you get.

If your string and or cables have been altered to accomodate your draw length,

weights might not come in as advertised.
